The Albatros building is a development with four blocs of beach front apartments where it has been used the cladding façade mixed system. This system is one of the technical resources that have been presented in Technical Solutions by Vives, which includes different solutions to elaborate any kind of architectural project. .

Covering a cladding façade using a mixed system, as in Albatros building, allows us to improve the resistance against chemical and atmospheric factors, providing a high quality and durable finishing.


This system combines the setting in a thin layer stick with the visible clip system, increasing the security by using a metal fastener that avoids any kind of detachment. Moreover, it offers an easy assembly that does not require specialized knowledge.
